Maundy Thursday
April 17 @ 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Join us for Maundy Thursday worship at Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church as we remember Jesus’ Last Supper and His great love.

About Maundy Thursday
Maundy Thursday is a solemn and sacred day in the Church year, marking the night our Lord instituted the Lord’s Supper. As faithful Lutherans, we treasure Christ’s true body and blood given under bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins. On this night, we also remember Jesus humbly washing His disciples’ feet, teaching us to love and serve one another. The name “Maundy” comes from the Latin mandatum, meaning “command,” referring to Jesus’ command to love. As we enter the holy days of His Passion, we do so in reverence, clinging to His Word, His promises, and His grace.
