A Personal Note from Pastor Chris
Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ.
It is my great joy to serve Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church in Door County and her sister congregation: Saint John’s Lutheran Church in Algoma.
The Lord has abundantly blessed me. He has given me my life and all I need to take care of it. He has blessed me with a house, home, family, and more. All amazing blessings.
His blessings don’t end there, and in fact, they never end. That’s because God has granted me eternal life through His Son.
Even though I am a sinner, Jesus died for me, to take away my sins and give me eternal life. He extends that forgiveness, grace, mercy, and eternal life to me through Word and Sacrament.
There’s no gift I treasure more than this.
That’s why I love being a pastor. I love telling others about what Jesus has done for them. It’s my great honor to be used by God to preach the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ to others.
I would love to tell you about this as well. So, I invite you to come to one of our services at Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church. I will personally greet and welcome you.
God bless you and keep you,
Pastor Chris
